Warranty Details

Our warranty remains valid for 11 months from the purchase date or up to 11,000 miles driven, whichever comes first. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original owner.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered?

The following items fall outside the scope of this warranty:

  • Routine Maintenance – Oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other scheduled services.
  • Accident or Negligence-Related Damage – Any damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Wear-and-Tear Items – Components such as brake pads, tires, windshield wipers, light bulbs, and belts.
  • Modified Vehicles – Any third-party alterations or modifications will void the warranty.
  • Commercial or Improper Use – Vehicles used for racing, off-roading, commercial purposes, or any use beyond the manufacturer’s intended design.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, report any mechanical or electrical issues directly to Forbes Motors. The vehicle must be brought to our authorized service center for evaluation and repairs.

✔️ All warranty-related repairs must be performed by Forbes Motors or an approved service provider.
✔️ We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before authorizing repairs.
✔️ Unauthorized repairs or modifications without prior written approval will void the warranty.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from external events – Accidents, natural disasters, floods, theft, vandalism, or fires.
  • Damage from improper care – Issues arising from neglect, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Secondary damage – Any additional damage caused by the failure of a covered part.
  • Additional costs – Towing fees, rental cars, or alternative transportation expenses.

Forbes Motors’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from vehicle use.

At Forbes Motors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer an 11-day trial period to ensure your vehicle meets your expectations.

✅ If dissatisfied, you may return the vehicle within 11 days.
